Theras Orson Allred (1888-1972) was born in St. Charles, Idaho. When he was five years old, his family moved to Starr Valley, Wyoming. He grew up in western Wyoming. In 1909 he married Florence Rheuama Porter (1889-1975). Florence was born in Lyman, Idaho and moved at an early age to Starr Valley, Wyoming.
