Bobby Anderson

James Buckner Ryan was born 24 June 1838 in Bath County, Kentucky. He was the son of Moses Ryan and Dulcinea Payne. James joined the Confederate Army in 1861 and served with General John Hunt Morgan until the end of the conflict. He married Isabela D. Bowling in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. They lived in Kentucky and had four known children. James died 1906 in Kentucky. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky.

Joseph Wood was born 1771 or 1774 in South Carolina. He is believed to be the son of John Wood who lived in Buncombe Co., North Carolina. Joseph was living in Kentucky and married Elizabeth Keith in 1798 and Elizabeth Hunsaker in 1823. He lived with his family in Edgar Co., Illinois before making a final move to Sullivan Co., Missouri. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky and Elsewhere.

Thomas J. Sumner was born 1798 in Buncombe County, North Carolina. He was the son of John Sumner and is believed to be the first Sumner to settle in the Green River area of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. He married twice and was the father of at least twelve children. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky.

William Christopher Free was born December 1826 in South Carolina or Georgia and is believed to be the son of Adam Free and Elizabeth (surname unknown). William moved from the state of Georgia and settled in Muhlenberg Co., Kentucky. William married Elizabeth Ann Melton ca. 1850 in Georgia and she died in Todd Co., Kentucky. Jesse Davis was born ca. 1775. He is believed to be the son of Henry Davis and Fanny (surname unknown). Jessie married Charity Hunt 6 March 1799 in Rowan County, North Carolina. Later, they moved and settled in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. They had seven known children. Jesse died ca. 1830. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky.

Thomas Beadnell was born 1834 or 1835 in Durham County, England. He immigrated to the United States and lived in Pennsylvania prior to his move to Ohio. Thomas joined the United States Navy 3 February 1864 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Four years later in 1868 he married Sarah Elizabeth Hoskinson in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. They lived in Kentucky and had eight known children. Thomas died 8 April 1897. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky and elsewhere....

John Jefferson Grayson was born 26 November 1789 in Albemarle Co., Virginia. He was a descendant of immigrant ancestors John B. Grayson and Susanna White who both died in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia. John Jefferson married Susanna Britt 16 July 1812 and they moved and settled in Logan Co., Kentucky ca. 1816. They were the parents of ten children. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky, Tennessee and elsewhere.

Their first known child, William Washington Buchanan, was born abt. 1812 in Virginia. He married (1) Cynthiann Brooks; (2) Missouri J. Mitchell.

Samuel B. Clark was born in 1837 in Ohio or Virginia. He was a soldier in the Confederate Army and married Sarah Rives 25 March 1870 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. They had nine children who were born between the years 1871 and 1889. Samuel died 6 July 1916. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and elsewhere.
