Patrick Crowley (1817-1901) was born in County Cork, Ireland. He married Mary Smith (1828-1889), daughter of Patrick and Mary Shea Smith, in 1846 in Knockamore Parish, County Waterford, Ireland. They had fourteen children, 1847-1878. The family immigrated to the United States in 1851 and settled in New Jersey first in New Jersey. The family migrated to Wisconsin, ca. 1853. Patrick acquired land in Arena Township, Iowa County, Wisconsin in 1859....

Richard "Michael" Doran, the son of John Doran, was born ca. 1830 in Ireland. He married Eleanor "Ellen" Walsh ca. 1852-53. Eleanor was born in Ireland ca. 1830, the daughter of Father Walsh. Their children: Patrick, Lawrence Leo, Michael C., Thomas E., Mathew Michael & Eleanor. Richard died in Plymouth Twp., Rock County, Wisconsin, 8 Jan. 1886.
