Frantz Brossman (b.1693/1694) immigrated from the Palatinate of Germany (via Rotterdam) to Philadelphia in 1739, and settled in Lancaster (later Berks) County, Pennsylvania. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.

Johann Frederick Deck (1741-1820), a son of Mathias Dek, married Maria Veronica Seirer or Soerer in 1764 at Atolhoe, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Mathias Dek, the father, was the immigrant ancestor. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia and elsewhere.
Includes Brossman, Long, Peiffer (Pfeiffer), Reimert, Seirer (Soerer), Weidenhammer and related families.

Description
Peter Trautman was born about 1738 and died in 1809 in Pennsylvania. Where he came from is unknown and where he is buried is also unknown. He was married to Eva (possibly Meyer) and they had 3 children who lived in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He probably came with his family from Germany as a small child but there are few leads to what happened to him at his death. Information on many of his descendants are included within this material.
