William "Billy" Williams (1790-1880), a native of Kentucky, and his wife, Rachel Mann (1796-1870), a native of Pennsylvania, had five chioldren, 1818-after 1835. Billy and Rachel are buried in the Blair-North Fork Cemetery, Morrow County, Ohio. Children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren lived in Ohio and elsewhere.

Ephraim Jackson (ca. 1658-1733), a Quaker, was born at Eccleston, Lancashire, England. He immigrated to America in 1684 as a servant to Jacob Hall, a settler in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He married Rachel Newlin (ca. 1674-1742), daughter of Nicholas and Elizabeth Newlin, in 1695. They had ten children, 1697-1710. Enne Meinders (1798-before 1832) was born at Hesepe, now Nordhorn, Germany, the daughter of Geerd and Gese Graven Meinders. She married Geerd Schievink (d. 1863). Because she had inherited her home place, he took the name of his wife, Meinders. They had four children, 1819-1829. After Enne's death, he married her sister, Harmtjen Meinders (b. 1805) in 1832.
