Tom L Childers

Thomas Childers, a Revolutionary War soldier, was probably born in Virginia between 1745-1750. He married Lottie Brewer, ca. 1771 They had five children, 1772-1789. Thomas and Lottie Childers were living in Spartanburg District, South Carolina, by 1772 and in Georgia by 1889. Descendants listed lived in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, and elsewhere. Some descendants spelled their surname Childress.
