When searching these films if you do not find the family you want please check the earlier filming of these records as some of the family group sheets could be missing from the books when this current filming was done. Individual entry forms and family group sheets used to submit names to the temples for temple work. Arranged by batch number for the year and date submitted.

Family group records filmed in the order received; no alphabetical or geographical arrangement.

Arranged alphabetically by the husband's surname, then given name, and then by date when there is more than one family group with the same names. In doing a comparison of the original sheets in the binders with the 16 mm. filming a number of sheets were missing from the filming or the information on the back of the sheets was not filmed. Photo copies of these sheets were made and filed alphabetically in new binders. There were 49 binders in all....

The Church Record Archives was established as a compilation of information on the pedigrees and familie groups of all those wishing to submit this information for the use of researchers at the library of the Genealogical Society. Consists of two sets of pedigree charts, alphabetized by the name of person number one on the chart.
