These two separate cemeteries are somewhat intermingled.

Church is located near Auburn.

"Oak Hill (O. of I.A.) Cemetery, known by some as the "Alaska" Cemetery is located just outside of Mt. Carmel....".

"St. John's used to be known as 'Little White Church'. The church is long gone and the idendification [sic] is from the historical marker. This cemetery is actually closer to Brandonville than to Girard Manor"--Page 123.

"This newspaper was also a German weekly newspaper from Sunbury, Pa. It succeeded the defunct 'Northumberland Republicaner', and the first issue appeared November 13, 1818 and the last issue on microfilm is issue number 181, dated July 26, 1822. There are some issues missing ....".
