John Murphy Ward was born ca. 1810, in Orange County, North Carolina, to Richard C. Ward and Mary Ann Murphey Ward. John married Nancy (Warren or Walker) ca. 1828 in Claiborne County, Tennessee. They were the parents of 13 children. Nancy died 10 June 1857. John married second, Chloe Hall, daughter of Owen and Susanna Hall of Lee County, Virginia. They were the parents of 4 children. Lydia Amy Thatcher Wilson was born 6 June 1739 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey to Amos Thatcher. She died 23 Jan 1837 and is possibly buried in Lost Creek Cemetery, Miami County, Ohio. She married John Wilson who was born 30 Mar 1739 in New Jersey and who died 6 Sept 1823 and is possibly buried in Lost Creek Cemetery, Miami County, Ohio. They were the parents of 12 children. James Roach (ca.1763/1765-1848) moved from Charleston, South Carolina (possibly via North Carolina) to Montgomery County, Virginia, and married Frances Collier (Collyer) in 1793. Timothy Silver was born 20 July 1746 in Amesbury, Massachusetts. He married Priscilla Ames 14 September 1769 in Amesbury. They had six children. Timothy died between 1800 and 1810, probably in Sandwich, New Hampshire. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York.

Thomas Edgerly was born ca. 1615 and immigrated to America in the year 1630. He settled in Durham, New Hampshire and was later made a judge for the Province of New Hampshire. Thomas married Rebecca (Alt) Halloway 28 September 1665. She was the widow of Henry Halloway. Thomas and Rebecca were the parents of six known children.
