Description
William Ennes, possibly the son of Alexander Innies and Elispet Tod, was baptized in Urquhart, Elgin, Scotland 6 May 1658. He first appears in the records of Kingston, N.Y. in 1694 at the baptism of his first child. He died 1712. He married Cornelia Viervant (b. ca. 1669), daughter of Cornelis Arents Viervant and Jeanne Lesueur (Abbott). They had at least seven children. Description
Guillaume Vigne emigrated from Valenciennes, France to America in about 1613-1614. He and his wife, Adrianna Cuveille, settled in New Amsterdam in about 1623. They were the parents of four children. One of their grandchildren married into the Rosenkrans family. The first Rosenkrans to settle in New Amsterdam was Harman Rosenkrans who descended from a Norwegian family which had settled in Holland in about 1520. Descendants live in New York.

Bastiaen (or Sebastian) Van Kortryk was born in Kortryk in the province of West Flanders (Belgium) in 1586. He moved to Holland in 1615 and settled in Leerdam. His children, including two sons (Jan and Michiel Bastiaensen), came to New Amsterdam in 1663 with their families. Descendants lived in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and elsewhere.

Epke Jacobse (son of Jacob) Banta was a farmer from Harlingen, Holland, called "the common ancestor of the prolific family of that name". Epke emigrated, with his wife and 5 children, on 13 February 1659. They settled at Flushing. Later they went to Bergen, near Hackensack New Jersey. Dirck Bensingh married Catalina Berck. John Breese was probably born ca. 1760 in Wales and came to Pennsylvania in 1798 or 1800 where he settled in Franklin County. He later moved to Logan County, Ohio where he died in 1815.
