The Virginia Herald and Fredericksburg Advertiser existed from 1787 to 1795. It was continued by the Virginia Herald and Fredericksburg and Falmouth Advertiser which existed from 1795 to 1797. This paper was continued by the Virginia Herald which existed from 1797 to 1875.
Indexes are only to the Virginia Herald and the Virginia Herald and Fredericksburg Advertiser.

Description
The Eureka Herald was published weekly 1868-1892. It merged with the Greenwood County Republican to form the Eureka Herald and Greenwood County Republican. This newspaper lasted one year and then it was replaced by the Eureka Herald in 1893.
