Margaret Lail Hopkins

Cameron Parish was in Fairfax County from 1749-1757. In 1757 when Loudoun County was created from Fairfax County, most of Cameron Parish fell in Loudoun County.

Hans George Löhl (b. 1705) and his family immigrated in 1737 from the Palatinate of Germany (via Rotterdam) to Philadelphia, settling in York County, Pennsylvania, and moving to Rowan County, North Carolina in 1752. The surname was anglicized to either Lagle or Lail for descendants, who lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana and elsewhere.
