Lillian Smotherman Hunkins

Thomas Smotherman was born ca. 1755 in Moore County, North Carolina. He first appears in the 1790 census of Moore County with his wife and two sons, Hugh and John, who migrated to middle Tennessee in the early 1800's. He died in 1812 in Randolph County, North Carolina. Descendants lived in Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, and elsewhere. Includes the Boyce, Holden, Lamb, Rowland, and other related families. Each volume includes its own surname index.
