Miss Caroline Jackson Lee (1864-1947), who died at Washington, D.C., was born in King George County, Virginia, the youngest of six children born to Baldwin Lee (1820-1868) and Caroline Potts Lee (1824-1901). All of the Lee children died intestate without issue. Miss Lee owned 281 acres of timberland in King George County. George Weedon (1632-1682) was living in Westmoreland County, Virginia, by 1650. He married Sarah Turner, daughter of John Turner, ca. 1659. They were probably the parents of at least four sons. Records lists a number of descendants to the fifth generation, but from there chiefly follows the line of Augustine Weedon and his son, John Frances Weedon.
