Richard Newton (d.1701) immigrated in 1638 from England to Sudbury, Massachusetts, married Anne (Hannah?) Loker about 1640, and moved to Marlborough (later Southborough), Massachusetts about 1650. Descendants lived in New England, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and elsewhere.
