Description
John Jacob Wahr (1851-1915) married Margaretta Meeder in 1871, and in 1874 emigrated from Germany to Moline, Illinois. They moved in 1866 to Hastings, Nebraska, then to Exira, Iowa, and then to Adair, Iowa in 1901. Descendants and relatives lived in Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa and elsewhere. Includes ancestry in Germany to about 1774. Includes some history and photographs of family reunions in Iowa since 1921.

Description
Adam H. Zehner/Zaner (1726-1809) emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1746 and settled in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. He married Mary Mertz. Focuses on the descendants of their ninth son Daniel (1782-1856) and his son Daniel Levi Zaner (1827-1909). Descendants lived in Iowa and elsewhere in the United States.

Description
Descendants of Charles Parrott (1818-1907), who was born in Franklin Co., Ohio. He married Ann Sweet (1823-1900) of Indiana in 1840. In 1842 family moved to Dubuque Co., Iowa, and a few years later to Audubon County. They were parents of eighteen children, four died in infancy.
