Description
Peter Pearson (1679-1735) was the son of Christopher Pearson (1645- 1711) and Eleanor Fearson (d.1714) of Ullock, Dean Parish, Cumberland, England. He married Rachel Newby (1690-1750) in 1709/ 1710 in Isle of Wight County, VA. His parents belonged to the Quaker faith and he also was a member. He settled in Perquimanns County, NC. Several branches of this family relocated to the midwest in later years. Several generations of descendants are given.
