Peter Garrison was born in about 1701 in Ireland. He married Sarah and they had nine children, all apparently born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Peter died in 1746. John Simpson was born in New Jersey in 1740, died 15 February 1808 and is buried in Roberts Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Anderson County, South Carolina. Samuel Roach was born in 1737 and died in 1781. He is buried in the Polk family burying grounds, Pinesville, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

The name of his wife is unknown, but they had eight children. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Texas and elsewhere.

Daniel Sturgis, son of Shadrack Sturgis, was born in 1731 in North Ireland. He married Jean Bratton, parents not listed, in 1754. They had 6 children. Daniel died 4 May 1788 in York County, South Carolina. Jean also died there on 12 Dec 1801. Their descendants have lived in South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, and other areas in the United States.
