Henry Sharp married Barbary Graves, daughter of "old John Graves of Stinking Quarter Creek" Orange County, North Carolina. They had ten children. They were living in Orange County, 1779-1782. Sometime before 1785 they moved to Botetort County, Virginia, later moving to Mongomery County, Virginia. In 1789, they moved to Tennessee, settling in Knox County. Descendants lived in Tennessee, Ohio, Missouri and elsewhere.

Description
John Wyatt, a Methodist minister and son of Thomas Wyatt of Loudoun County, Virginia, bought land in Shennandoah County, Virginia, in 1774. He took the oath of a lieutenant in the militia of Shenandoah County in 1778. In 1792, he and his family moved to Montgomery County, Virginia.
