George L Randall

Louis DeMaranville was born in Paris and immigrated to Massachusetts. He married Susanna Crapo in 1730 in Rochester, Massachusetts and died before 1773 in Dartmouth. Descendants lived in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Ohio, Vermont, Illinois, and elsewhere.

John Tripp (1610-1678) of Northumberland, England, emigrated to Newport, Rhode Island in 1630 and settled in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. He married Mary Paine. His son Joseph (1644-1718) married Mehitable Fish in 1667 and later settled in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Descendants settled throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
