Bonelle William Rhamy

Jacob Remy (Jacques), a French Huguenot refugee, was born about 1630 in Picardy, Lorraine, France, a son of Pierre Remy. He married Francoise, daughter of Antoine Haldat II, Seigneur de Bonnet and his wife Madalaine Marchand. He came to Virginia in 1654 from England under the indenture system, bound to Nicolas Spencer.
