H. S Stonecipher

The immigrant ancestor, Johannes Steinseiffer, came to America in 1749. He landed at Philadelphia, Pa. He brought with him his wife Elizabeth and seven of their eight children. The oldest, Johann Heinrich (b. 1725), came to Philadelphia in 1753. He settled in Culpepper Co., Virginia. His first wife is believed to have been Mary Huffmann, with whom he had seven children.
