Thomas Upson emigrated from England and settled in Hartford, Connecticut in 1638, he died in Farmington, Connecticut on 19 July 1655. It is thought that Thomas may have first married in England. He married Elizabeth Fuller 23 January 1646 at Hartford, Connecticut. After Thomas died, she married Edmond Scott.
