Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of Johannes (John) Walter and August Affeld. Johannes was born 28 May 1812 in Wintzenbach, France and died 11 Oct 1890 in Union Township, Ohio. He married Barbara Moke 19 May 1842 in Wintzenbach, France. She was born 25 Dec 1822 and died 4 Feb 1886 in Union Township, Ohio. They immigrated to the United States in 1853.
