Description
Robert Clendinen was the son of Thomas Clendinen (1741-1817), who emigrated from Scotland to Cecil County, Maryland. Robert married Mary Ellen Myers in about 1819 and they had five children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
