Description
Henry Pratt, the son of Henry Pratt of London, was a captain of a London ship in the American trade. He married Hannah Hobart in Boston. They had three children. Henry Pratt, their son, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 30 April 1708. He married Rebecca Claypoole (1711-1762), daughter of Joseph Claypoole, 1 May 1729, in Philadelphia. They had ten children. He died 31 July 1749.
