Description
John Bowman was born in about 1764. His father was Jacob Bowman. He married Elizabeth Eichenberg or Ikenberry (1767-1830), daughter of Peter Ikenberry and Veronica Goff, probably in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. They had ten children. John died in 1804. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia.
