Description
These ledgers record the transfer of land by entire lots and as parcels. The information given in the ledgers includes the date the land was transferred, the name of the owner (grantee), description of the real estate, lots numbers, name of grantor (person or entity selling the land), kind of deed, date of deed, consideration (usually a dollar amount) and notes.
