John Borton (1634-1687), son of William Borton and Elizabeth, was born in Aynho, Northamptonshire, England. He married Anne Kinton in 1658. They had eight children. They emigrated from England to the United States. He died in Hillsdown, New Jersey. Descendants lived throughout the United States.
