Description
Nancy Laura Aldrich, daughter of Silas Aldrich (1802-1846) and Prudence Clark, was born in 1828 in Providence, Rhode Island. Details her voyage around Cape Horne to California in 1846. She married Alondus De Lafayette Buckland (1823-1854), son of Joseph Moseley Buckland and Hannah Daggett, 10 October 1846 in San Francisco, California. They had four children. They moved to Utah and settled in Bountiful. Traces her ancestry in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and England. Includes Ballou, Hayward, Lapham, Southwick, Thayer and related families.
