Description
Charles Stewart, son of Thomas Stewart and Elleanor, was born 22 March 1836 in Chillingham, Northumberland, England. He married Elleanor Jane McLain (1838-1887), daughter of John McLain and Margaret Gray, in 1861. They had five children. He died in 1918 in Farmersville, Texas. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Texas and Oregon. Includes Shine and related families.
