Description
Christian Metzger (1727-1803) was born in Lorch, Württemberg, Germany. He immigrated to Pennsylvania in 1752 and later married Anna Catharine Haüser in 1755. He later died in Upper Milford Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, Illinois, and elsewhere.
Supplement
Supplement no. 1 primarily includes the family of Daniel Medsker II (1813-1885) of West Virginia with some information on other lines.
Supplement
Supplement no. 2 is primarily family of Nancy Metzger who married Jacob Weible in 1806 and moved to Ohio. Also includes small supplement an revision of division six, family of John B. Metzger.
