General Note
Biographical information of Alma Page Spiker Barnes, born on 6 January 1926 on Kentucky Avenue, Martinsburg, West Virginia to Clarence E. Spiker and Betty Moler. She worked at Interwoven Mills in Martinsburg as a bookkeeper. She worked at a bank for fifteen years in Ransom, West Virginia. She married Shirley Winn "Winnie" Barnes on 12 January 1946 in Norwich Connecticut. He died of heart disease in their 32nd year of marriage. They have two children, Jeffrey and Betty Barnes Kidwell.
