Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Fisher (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, and Switzerland. Some immigrated to Massachusetts and Virginia in the 1600's. In the 1700's, some settled in Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Vermont. During the 1800's, some moved to Canada, and to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Later descendants also lived in British Columbia (Canada), and in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota, Washington D.C., and elsewhere. Some information about slaves, and slaves' names are mentioned. Some have Cherokee, Choctaw, and Creek Indian bloodlines.
