Description
Periodical for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Beckwith families in America. Focus is on the descendants of Marvin Beckwith, who was born ca. 1736/1737, the son of Reynold Beckwith. Marvin moved from Norwich, Connecticut to Southington, Hartford County, Connecticut, and married Abigail Clark in 1759. He served with Connecticut troops in 1758, and during the Revolutionary War. Marvin died ca. 1810/1813. His ancestors lived chiefly in New England. Descendants and relatives also lived in Michigan, New England, New York, Ohio, and elsewhere.
