Description
Jacob Christen (1820-1909) and his wife, Rosina Duerich (1822-1893), had ten children, 1842-ca. 1861. The family emigrated from Zurich, Switzerland, in 1850 and settled at Watertown, Wisconsin. They migrated to a homestead in Stearns County, Minnesota, near Albany, ca. 1868. Descendants lived in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Washington, California and elsewhere.
