Description
William Samuel Rogers, son of Williamson Rogers and Merial Caroline Adams, was born in 1846 in Muscogee County, Georgia. He served in the Confederate Army in the Civil War. He married Mary Edna Gary, daughter of Abner Mitchell Gary and Elizabeth Emberson, in 1870 in Barbour County, Alabama. They had ten children.
