Description
Martha Beard emigrated from England in 1639 with her five children and her husband, who was probably named James. Her husband died at sea. Martha and her children settled in Milford Connecticut. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Illinois.
