Description
Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Bewley families who lived in North Wales, England, Ireland, and Scotland. In the 1700-1800s some families immigrated to Australia and New Zealand. Others went to America and settled in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. During the 1800s, some moved to Ontario (Canada). in 1820, John Bewley established the first home in Bewleyville, a village near Hardinsburg, Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Other Bewleys moved to Illinois, elsewhere in Kentucky, Maryland, New York, and Tennessee. Later descendants also lived in Australia, Canada, Ireland, England, New Zealand, Wales, and in Alabama, California, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, and elsewhere.

The village of Bewleyville was established in 1820 near Hardinsburg, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.
