Description
Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Blaisdell (and variant spellings) families who left England for America. Some focus is on (but not limited to) descendants of Ralf, or Ralph Bleasdale who sailed with wife, Elizabeth, and their son, Henry from Bristol (England) in 1635. Their ship, the Angel Gabriel was shipwrecked near the shore of Pemaquid Point, Maine. Ralph and his family settled in York (Maine), and later moved to Salisbury (Massachusetts). In the 1700s, some settled in Lancashire (England), New Hampshire, and Ohio. During the 1800s, some moved to Arizona, Indiana, and Virginia. Later descendants also lived in Australia, Canada, England, Hong Kong (China), Ireland, and in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and elsewhere.
