Description
"The Summer Hill Church Records were translated by Mr. Claude Unger, President of the Schuylkill County Historical Society and comprise 100 pages of Baptismal records from 1788-1842, Communicants list from 1803-1863, 60 pages, and History by present Pastor, Rev. C. A. Steigerwalt, 10 pages.".
Description
Church is located in South Manheim Township near Auburn; mailing address is Summit Station. Church was also known as St. Paul's Lutheran and Reformed Church until 1958 when a fire destroyed the building. Both churches built near each other and both are called St. Paul's.
