Description
The index is by first two or three letters of surname and then by date. The index gives the folio number as well as the volume and page. The Hall of Records has a microfilm index of volumes from 1668-1953. The items in this record that do not have volume numbers are not found in the index and therefore a volume and number is not known.
Description
Includes accounts of sales as well as inventories. The inventories for 1789-1790 are found mostly in the Administration Accounts. Volume IB no. A includes the Administration Accounts for 1777-1787. JP 6, 9, 14, & 16, which the Society does not have, include lists of debts for 1810-1811, 1832-1836.
