John Fletcher (1717-1768) married Eleanor or Mary Hindman in 1737, and moved from Chester County, Pennsylvania to Rockbridge County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, California and elsewhere.
