Description
Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Bush (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from Austria, England, Germany, Holland, Ireland, and Prussia. Some allied families came from Finland and France. Some ancestors immigrated to Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Virginia in the 1600's. In the 1700's, some settled in Jamaica (West Indies), and in Delaware, Georgia, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and West Virginia. During the 1800's, some moved to Ontario (Canada), and to Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, the Oklahoma Territory, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. Later descendants also lived in New Guinea (Indonisia), Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wyoming, and elsewhere. Some have African American bloodlines. Some were Loyalists. Information about some adoptions is given.
