General Note
The genealogy of the descendants of Zenas Graves who was born 28 January 1752 and died in 1820 in Cambridge, Dearborn County, Indiana. He married Hannah in 1776. They were the parents of Franklin Ward Graves who was born ca. 1789 in Wells, Rutland County, Vermont. Franklin was part of the Donner party that suffered in Donner Pass. Franklin died 25 December 1846 west of Donner Pass, California. He married Elizabeth "Betty or Betsy" Cooper who was born 10 October 1800 and died 5 March 1847 west of Donner Pass.
