Description
Clarissa Amy Hoyt Heaton was born in 1860 to Israel Hoyt and Hannah Elizabeth Cook. She married Jonathan Heaton in 1875 after the family had moved to Orderville. He had a second wife Lucy Elizabeth Carroll Heaton. Clarissa had 15 children and lived much of southern Utah's Latter-day Saint history before her death in 1943. Short sketches of Jonathan and Lucy as well as several stories for her descendants are included.
