Description
Hamilton Garver Bright (1854-1920) married Aldeba Klepinger (1858-1907) in Hamilton, Ohio in 1879; they had twelve children. Their large posterity is found in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and elsewhere. The Bright ancestry is traced to Conrad and Catrina Brecht in southwest Germany in the 1500s. The first Bright ancestor in America was Johan Michael Brecht, who came from Schreisheim, Germany to Pennsylvania in 1726 with his wife, Marguerite Simone, a French Hugenot refugee.
