Description
Thomas Barrett (d.1668) and his family immigrated from England to Braintree, Massachusetts between 1635 and 1640, moving in 1662 to Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Moses Barrett (1718-1762), direct descendant in the fourth generation, married Mary Dow and lived in various towns in Connecticut. Descendants lived in New England, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Kansas and elsewhere.
