Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Lent (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from Brazil, England, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Poland, and Russia. Some settled in New York in the 1600's. In the 1700's, some Lents immigrated to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia (Canada), Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. During the 1800's, some lived in Western Canada and Ontario (Canada), Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, and Utah. Later families also lived in British Columbia (Canada), and in Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, Washington D.C., Virginia, and elsewhere. Some have American Indian bloodlines.
