George married Catherine Sweet Brown and moved to Pulaski County, Kentucky, where their five children were born between about 1818 and 1830. The last child was Squire G. Schoolcraft (1830-1902), who married Margaret Fleming Tarter in 1854, and moved about 1872 to Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana.
